Booth & Company is owned and managed by Andrew Sclater-Booth. As an independent investment banker, Andrew is deeply committed and engaged in each client mandate, and manages and leads all transactions. As a small business, the firm is highly selective of client engagements and only takes on those transactions with a high probability of success.

Andrew Sclater-Booth

President & Managing Director

Andrew brings more than 25 years of investment banking experience advising founders, family-held businesses, and institutional clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raise transactions.

He previously worked at JP Morgan in Global Syndicated Finance, Salomon Smith Barney, and Société Générale's M&A group, where he advised on cross-border transactions across diversified industries.

Originally from New York City and now based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Andrew supports the New York Police Athletic League and the Central Park Conservancy, and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
